About

I trained in psychology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and completed a postgraduate diploma in psychological techniques at Institut Gomà, grounded in humanistic and emotion-focused approaches.
I worked as a therapist for several years, but at the time, individual work felt too small for the scale of what was happening in the world. So I spent the following years in climate policy, sustainability and international research, working on these problems directly, and alongside the people tackling them.
What I learned there brought me back. Systems change slowly, and the people working within them carry a great deal, often quietly. I came to see that how we feel about the world (the grief, the guilt, the exhaustion, the moments of not knowing what to do with any of it) is not something to be fixed or managed away, but a perfectly sensible response.
The times we are living in reach into how we work, love, make plans and imagine the future, and into the older questions every life carries.
Therapy, for me, is a place to make room for all of this: to slow down, feel what is there, and find a way of living that holds both the world as it is and your own life within it. Read more about how I work.
